I ENCLOSE a photograph of a reunion I arranged recently for 19 'Girls' who attended Smethwick Hall Girls' School and who left there 60 years ago.

It took place on Wednesday, June 18 at The Holly Bush, Quinton. The party amazingly included three of our teachers from that era.

We were joined by one of our classmates, Brenda Andrews (née Parkes) who now lives in Australia.

We first started meeting up ten years ago and Brenda has been able to join us on two or three occasions.

It was a most enjoyable experience with lots of reminiscing. Regards.
