CAN anyone give me any information about my grandad?

I understand his name was Job Fletcher, known as Joe, born 1886.

He's in the photo second left on the back row.

The picture was taken during the First World War. He was in the cavalry but I don't know which regiment. On the original picture are tents and horses.

I also have a medal he was awarded for saving the lives of two men from a tunnel where there was gas.

He lived at 2 Fox's Lane, Wolverhampton. He was married to Mary Hancox, and they had four children, Marion, Edith, John and Leonard.

Any information would be appreciated.

Mrs Janet Chapman,

176 Lichfield Road,

Bloxwich, Walsall.
