I enjoyed Halesowen transport pictures

I VERY much enjoyed the evocative photographs in Dan Shaw's transport articles.

The superb shot of railway engine 9614 at Withymoor Goods Yard (April 3 edition) and the Midland Red bus photographed in Halesowen (April 24 edition) is just as good. It's a pity the number plate of the bus is not visible but the vehicle is a 1919 Tilling Stevens TS3 model. The number plate probably began with the letters OE, as the HA plates did not commence until 1921.

I do hope there will be more transport photographs for Bugle readers.
