The mystery young man.

This very well presented young man was photographed in the studio of W. Richardson, 52 George Street, Walsall, we estimate around the 1910-1920 period, but who was he? This question is posed by Mrs Roslyn Morris, nee George, of 8 Swans Walk, Alvechurch B48 7NQ (Tel: 0121 445 5544).

Roslyn writes, “I found this picture some time ago and I would like to show it to Bugle raeders, in case anyone recognises the person.

“My great grandparents came from Pleck, Walsall, the Walters family. My grandmother was named Kate Walters, and she was married to Alex Ross, and they then lived in Alvechurch.

“I also remember the Webster family from the same area but don’t remember our link.

“I think Kath Webster was either my aunt or cousin.

“If anyone in the Walsall area thinks they may be related to me, or recognise the photograph, I would love to hear from them”
