BUGLE readers may be interested to know that visitors to Walsall's Boundary Mill store will be able to pick up life-saving skills along with their shopping next week, thanks to free first aid demonstrations by St John Ambulance.
The charity's volunteers will be there from Monday, August 18 to Friday, August 22 giving free first aid advice and hands on training in its role as the store's 2014 charity of the year.
As well as donating a percentage of the proceeds from the sale of their own umbrellas and trolley tokens, staff will put donation tins at every till point to raise funds for St John Ambulance.
The aim is to raise enough money to buy a defibrillator for the Walsall store.
