TAKING us back to the halcyon days of the 1950s, this photograph shows a team of youthful footballers representing Grange School at Stourbridge.
The season in question was 1952/53, as noted in white lettering on the ball being supported held between the knees of the lad seated at the centre (the team captain J.
Orford).
We thank Mr Alan Webb, of Bowling Green Road, Stourbridge, for bringing in this photograph to Bugle House. Alan is in the team also, the third player along on the back row.
He is able to name everyone showm, apart from the player seated on the far left of the front row, as follows....
