I WONDER if any Bugle readers could provide some information about a plane on the playing field of what was then Halesowen County Modern Boys School, now Windsor High School.

I was born in 1940 and remember playing in the aircraft when I was about 10/11 years of age. When I asked my Dad, he said he thought it was a Spitfire. Whether it was put there or crashed, I would like to find this out. It was only a shell but still had a few levers that we used to play with.
