MRS Gwendoline Jones (nee Woodhouse), of 28 Post Office Lane, Moreton, Newport, Shrops, has sent in some snaps from the time she worked in the office of wholesale company, Kidson’s, in Wolverhampton (in the Walsall Street area). This was 1963, and the two photographs we have chosen for publication both show one of the bosses, Mr Dyer, with staff from the Purchase and Sales Offices.
In the top picture, apart from Mr Dyer, are, left to right, (?), (?), Pat Carrier, Christine Hunt and Gwendoline. Lady at the front not known.
None of the ladies in the bottom picture are named. Can anyone recognise themselves?
