Kickboxing girls smile through the mud after completing the five kilometre run

A GROUP of kickboxers from Old Hill got themselves absolutely riffy last week, but it was all in the name of charity.

The girls from the HKA Lady Warriors Kickboxing Club entered the Pretty Muddy Run and Assault Course at Cofton Park, on Saturday July 19, and raised over £1,000 for Cancer Research.

The race, which saw hundreds of competitors battling it out over a 5 kilometre circuit, could not have been better named. Torrential downpours the day before the event ensured that it more than lived up to its name, with the kickboxing girls barely recognisable as they posed for pictures just past the finish line.
