Here is the latest weekly pollen forecast from theNational Pollen and Aerobiology Research Unit.

The map above shows the latest air pollution index information from Defra (7am).

Pollen type Level Notes
Tree Pollen Low The lime tree pollen season is just starting but the risk will be generally low this week.
Grass Pollen Very High A high to very high grass pollen risk during warm dry weather in most regions. Cool winds onto northern and eastern coasts will reduce the risk there. Later in the week some unsettled weather in the north-west will lower the risk but the south-east is likely to retain the high counts.
Fungal Spore High
Weed Pollen High Nettle will follow a similar pattern to grass while the other weeds flowering will be plantain and dock.
