I AM trying to trace any information about some cousins of mine, who came originally from Kidderminster, but ended up living in Birmingham.

Their name was Thompson. Arthur John Thompson was born in 1895 and married in 1917 Daisy Herbert.

They had three children: Eric, who was in the Grenadiers and was killed in action in Italy in 1944, Constance, and Margaret Jean, who worked as a contortionist with the stage name "Marga Rita" and who married a Polish juggler called Joakim Krykant, whose stage name was "Jack Kelly." I think they had a son.

The Thompson family lived for many years at 292 Barnes Hill in the Selly Oak/Weoley Castle area of Birmingham.

If any of your readers have any knowledge of the family or what happened to them, I would be delighted to hear from them.
