I THOUGHT Bugle readers would be interested to know that Birmingham Children's Hospital and Mary Stevens Hospice were presented with cheques by Cradley Heath Male Voice Choir from the profits made at the EAMVC annual charity concert.

The presentation took place at Dudley Wood Methodist Church where the choir rehearse at 7.30pm every Monday evening.

Musical Director Philippa Brettell presented the cheque for £1,307.27 to Kate West (BCH) and Chris Saddler (MSH).

Next year's concert will be held at Oakengates, Telford.

Cradley Heath Male Voice Choir is the oldest choir in the area and was formed at the Whitley Memorial Church in 1912.
