Black Country film buffs in for a treat

WHEN a new venture is launched, especially where success or failure is gauged by the interest and participation of other people, there is a natural caution shown on behalf of the organiser's

But when the new venture hits the ground running and enjoys unprecedented success, mixed blessings can follow. Therefore to try and avoid too much disappointment, Astrid Hupperdine from the Friends of Bilston Town Hall has contacted us with details of the next film show and a word of advice. "Because we are approaching maximum seating capacity, it is advisable that tickets are booked in advance using the club phone no 07855 817596."

On Monday May 19, 2014, starting at 1.30pm, the Friends of Bilston Town Hall will be showing the popular film "Philomena" starring Dame Judi Dench and Steve Coogan.

Doors open at 1pm and admission is £3.50 and their is disabled access. Tea, coffee and cold drinks will be available.
