Bilston town Hall is celebrating its fifth birthday tomorrow (Friday).
Michael O'Hara, a member of the Gazebo Theatre Team, said: “It is five years since Bilston Town Hall reopened after extensive renovations and refurbishments.
“To celebrate the building’s success the Town Hall will be holding a fifth anniversary party on Friday (September 20) between 7pm and midnight.
There will be a whole evening of entertainment for all ages organised by Gazebo Theatre who manage events at the Town Hall on behalf of Wolverhampton City Council.
This will include performances by Bilston Operatic, Dina J’s World of Fitness & Dance, Women of Wolverhampton Choir, local poets including Eileen Ward-Birch, organ music and old time dancing with Cameron Lloyd, and a disco hosted by DJ Danny G.
The event is free of charge and there is a licensed bar on the premises.
Pat McFadden MP and Councillor Elias Mattu will be launching the event and there will be a warm Bilston welcome to all our visitors on the evening. There is no need to book, just come along and join in the celebrations.
