1,300 exhibits are expected at Weston Park event

PREPARATIONS are well under way for the 27th Annual Transport Show which will be held at Weston Park, Shropshire, over the Easter Bank Holiday, Sunday and Monday, April 20 and 21.

This popular show is the first major outdoor classic motoring event of the season and more than 1,300 exhibits and thousands of visitors are again expected.

Hundreds of vehicles of all descriptions dating back to the 1920s will include Vintage, Classic and Sports Cars, Custom, Kit Cars, alongside American Cars. Over 60 Car Clubs are represented including Jaguar, RS Owners, Rover P4, MGs, TR Owners, Stag Owners, Triumph Owners and the Italian Replica Club.

Other vehicles include Commercials, Military and Buses, Fire Engines, 4 x 4 clubs and a vast assortment of motorbikes, stationary engines and agricultural vehicles plus dozens of restored period caravans complete the line-up.

This year we welcome the American Auto Club UK who will be holding their Spring Nationals Rally within the show with more than 100 American vehicles expected over the weekend.
